I specialize in emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and humanistic therapy, providing my patients with a unique combination of approaches backed by scientific evidence. In addition, I obtained a master’s degree in Third Generation Therapies at the International University of Valencia, where I developed a holistic and integral approach to mental health and wellbeing. My purpose in psychology is clear: to accompany and support people in finding their own voice, overcoming their wounds, facing their fears and reaching their full potential. During my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations and issues. I have met highly resilient, inspiring and courageous people who, despite living in vulnerable situations, have moved forward. I have also had the honor of accompanying women survivors of different forms of violence, providing individual and group interventions focused on empowerment and healing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition, I have developed health projects aimed at improving the quality of life of patients with orphan diseases, offering specialized care and support services. I have participated in projects for the prevention of mental health problems and the promotion of wellbeing, both in public and private settings, aimed at adolescents and health professionals.<\/p>\n

In my professional practice, I provide individual, group and family psychological care, tailored to the specific needs of each of my clients. As a clinical psychologist, I consider it fundamental to base my work on six values: trust, integrity, professionalism, authenticity, compassion and creativity. My main goal is to establish a safe and trustworthy environment for my clients throughout their therapeutic process.<\/p>\n
