Throughout our lives, we encounter various challenges that make demands on us both physically and emotionally. That is why it is essential to acquire new skills and develop healthy and adaptive coping strategies early on. If we fail to do so, we can fall into harmful and automatic behavior patterns that generate emotional discomfort both for us and for the people around us.

About my service

Individual psychological therapy is a process focused on providing tools to face these challenges in a healthy and conscious way, promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health. We address different problems such as anxiety, depression, affective disorders, trauma, emotional dysregulation, social difficulties, stress, burnout, among others.

One of the objectives is to understand our emotions, thoughts and behaviors, to identify the origin and impact of our dysfunctional patterns, in order to learn new skills to perform from a more human, conscious and authentic perspective.

Each process is unique, specialized and focused on your needs. For this reason, I use different therapeutic approaches and tools based on scientific evidence to help you reach your goals, feeling in control of your process and accompanied along the way. It is essential that therapy be a safe and confidential space where you can share your emotional experiences with the peace of mind that your process is being handled in an ethical, professional and humane manner.

Remember that psychological therapy is not only for those with a diagnosis! We can all benefit from it, even when we feel good. Therapy is a powerful tool that helps us feel better and be the best version of ourselves. So don’t wait until you feel bad to seek help, start your personal growth process.
